In prebuilt systems usually the faster the computer the more disk space you pay for, however when you customer build you can choose the CPU speed and the amount of disk space independently, and distribute your money to the areas you need.

• Custom built computers are generally faster: The best way to build a computer is for the speed of the RAM to match the FSB of the CPU. You are generally more likely to find computers built this way when you buy a white box system or a custom built computer.

• You can make your own choice in regards to the quality of the product. As prices of computers go down due to competition, so do the quality of some of the parts used. There are some parts in the computer where quality should not be sacrificed to make a cheap product. These include a power supply, and fans. While these parts can be picked up cheap, they can create expensive damage to other parts of the system if they fail, and they play an important roles in the smooth running of your system, and therefore it is important to install a good quality power supply and fan.

If customers have warranty problems we aim at getting their computer back up and running as soon as possible. We treat warranty jobs as paid jobs, in that the only things effecting how fast we act is how many customers have contacted us before you, and your own schedule. We do not believe in putting of warranty jobs to make way for other paying customers who contact us after you.
