Also note that this system determines the length of the appointment based upon the reason you provide for the appointment. For this reason we need the customer to understand two things:

• Once we review your appointment we may shorten it or lengthen it at our own discretion based on the information you provide us. Circumstances may also arise where we need to call you to reschedule your appointment.
• Because we never really know how long each appointment is going to take, customers need to understand that appointments are only approximate. While we do try to be on time, and existing customers already know that we are normally very punctual, there are jobs that run considerably over-time which makes us late for the next appointment. However, we operate in such a way that allows us to be on-time for most appointments.

IMPORTANT: Customers hoping to get an appointment on the same day, should contact us by phone - (02) 6342 3765 or 0412195552. While you are free to book an appointment online if you wish, there is no guarantee same day appointments won't clash with appointments we have made via the phone because we are unable to keep this schedule up to date while out on jobs. Same day appointments made by phone will have priority over same day appointments made by this system, and it is possible that same day appointments made by this system won't even get noticed by us until it is too late.
